How to Join an Instant Interview?

Once you recieve an Intsant Interview link via text or any other communication channel, the respective participants - Candidates/Interviewers can join an interview using these quick steps:

Joining as an Interviewer:

Choose Your Role: Click "Join As Interviewer" and log in using your existing DoSelect account. If you're new, simply sign-up quickly to become a DoSelect Interviewer.
Get Interview-Ready: Once logged in, you'll be directed to the interview lobby.

Joining as a Candidate:

Choose Your Role: Click "Join As candidate" and enter your details - name and email address.
Verify Your Email: You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via email, enter the OTP received to authenticate your email and gain access to the interview lobby.

Wait in the Lobby

Once in the lobby, both interviewers and candidates can perform the following:

System Check: Make sure your microphone and camera are functioning properly for a smooth interview experience.
Join/Request to Join: Interviewers can directly join the interview, while candidates can request permission to join from the interviewer.
Wait in Comfort: Relax and review any available information about the interview until it starts.
