DoSelect has enabled recruiters to publish Team Contests. The new workflows for candidates pertaining to team contests are given below.
- The leaders can directly register for the contest and create their own team.
- Once the Leader has registered, they would get access to manage their teams. Within the Manage Team tab, they can:
- Select a Unique Team Name
- Invite Team Members to for a Part of their team.
- Once the prospective member clicks on the CTA on the mail, they would be redirected to the DS platform where they would be asked to create their account and fill in the recruiter configurable form.
- Once the member has completed this process, they would be asked to fill in the recruiter configurable form (if any). After completing this process, they would automatically get registered as a member of this team.
- Once the contest window starts, the leader can start the contest.
- Once the solution has been finalized by collaboration between the team members (off the platform), the leader can submit the final solution.
- Once the contest is complete and if the Team fulfils the criteria set by the recruiter, the team would be able to see their own rank on the leaderboard.
